If you encounter an issue with the PC (Steam) version of UFL, please report it to our support team so we can investigate and fix it as soon as possible.
To create a report, do the following:
- Go to the request creation form. Log in to our support portal using your Steam account if you have not done so yet.
- Choose “Bug reporting” as the issue type.
- Fill out every field. In the Description field, please specify the following:
- A detailed description of the issue you encountered.
- The time and date when the match in which the issue occurred took place.
- Your opponent’s club name and Steam name in that match.
- Any other details that may aid us in the investigation.
If some of those details are inapplicable to your situation (because, for example, the issue occurred in a menu), you can skip them.
- Attach screenshots or videos illustrating the issue. You can find out how to create them on your PC with the Snipping Tool or the Xbox Game Bar. If needed, enable Input Overlay in Options > Settings > HUD in the main game menu before recording a video. This will allow us to see what buttons you are pressing in the video clip.
- If the game is crashing, lagging, or freezing on your PC, please also follow the instructions from this article to generate a DxDiag report on your PC. Attach the report file to your ticket.
- Submit your report and wait for a reply from our support team.
We will do our best to investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
