Provide a clear and structured description of the problem, including:

Reproducibility – If the issue can be repeated, please list the steps to reproduce it;

Frequency – How often does this issue occur? (e.g., once, occasionally, frequently, always);

Severity – How critical is this issue? (e.g., minor inconvenience, major disruption, game-breaking).
