Steam - How to Report Cheating or Suspicious Behavior (PC Version)

With the alpha launch of the PC version of UFL, we are excited to welcome more players to the game. However, the risk of encountering cheaters or suspicious behaviour may increase on this platform. To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, we encourage you to report any potential cheating or suspicious activity.

If you encounter someone you believe is cheating or find information that suggests cheating, please follow these steps to submit a report:

1. Create a Support Ticket
   • Go to the  Support Page and create a ticket under the Technical Issues category.
     
     
2. Provide the Following Information
   To help us investigate your report effectively, please include as much detail as possible:
   • Steam Username and UFL Club Name;
   • Description of the Incident: clearly describe what happened and why you believe the player is cheating;
   • Video Evidence (if possible): If you can, include a video recording of the gameplay that shows the suspicious behaviour. This will greatly assist our team in reviewing the case.

Important Notes
All reports will be carefully investigated, and appropriate action will be taken if cheating is confirmed. Please ensure your reports are accurate and detailed to help us resolve issues efficiently.
