How do I restart or delete my club?

At the moment, it is not possible to reset your club in UFL. However, you can delete your club and all the data associated with it by contacting our support team.

The deletion process is irreversible. In other words, if you delete your club, you will permanently lose access to its progress, players, resources, and achievements. 

To start the deletion process, do the following:

1. Go to the request creation form. Log in to our support portal using your Xbox or PSN account if you have not done so yet.
2. Choose “Delete a club” as the issue type.
3. Fill out every field and confirm that you want to permanently delete your club.
4. Submit your request and wait for a reply from our support team.

The deletion process takes 15 days to complete. You will be able to cancel it during those 15 days.
