How do I restart or delete my club?

At the moment, it is not possible to reset your club in UFL. However, you can delete your club and all the data associated with it by contacting our support team.

The deletion process is irreversible. In other words, if you delete your club, you will permanently lose access to its progress, players, resources, and achievements. 

If you play UFL on PC and request to delete your club, your Strikerz ID account will be automatically deleted together with your club without the possibility of restoration in the future.

To start the deletion process, do the following:

1. Go to the request creation form. Log in to our support portal using your Xbox, PSN, or Strikerz ID account if you have not done so yet.
2. Choose “Delete my club (data erasure request)” as the issue type.
3. Fill out every field and confirm that you want to permanently delete your club.
4. Submit your request and wait for a reply from our support team.

The deletion process takes 15 days to complete. You will be able to cancel it during those 15 days.

Note that we can only accept deletion requests created via our support portal because it is the only way we can reliably confirm your ownership of a UFL club.
Requests made outside the support portal (for example, via email) cannot be properly verified and therefore may not be processed.
