At XTEN Limited (acting under the publishing brand “Strikerz Inc.”), we take the security of our players’ data very seriously. On consoles, UFL does not have its own account system, so each UFL club is permanently linked to an Xbox or PlayStation Network (PSN) account. To make a personal data request related to your console UFL club, do the following:
- Sign in to our support portal using the Xbox or PSN account linked to your UFL club.
- Go to the Request Submission page.
- Choose Personal data and privacy as your request type.
- Select the appropriate sub-category.
On PC, each club is linked to a Strikerz ID account. To submit a personal data request related to your UFL club on PC, do the following:
- Sign in to our support portal using the Strikerz ID account linked to your UFL club.
- Go to the Request Submission page.
- Choose Personal data and privacy as your request type.
- Select the appropriate sub-category.
Please note: this verification process is the only way we can reliably confirm your ownership of a UFL club.
Requests made outside the support portal (for example, via email) cannot be properly verified and therefore may not be processed.
