If you encounter an issue with the game, please report it to our support team so we can investigate and fix it as soon as possible.
To create a report, do the following:
- Go to the request creation form. Log in to our support portal using your Xbox or PSN account if you have not done so yet.
- Choose “Bug reporting” as the issue type.
- Fill out every field. In the Description field, please specify the following:
- A detailed description of the issue you encountered.
- The time and date when the match in which the issue occurred took place.
- Your opponent’s club name and Xbox/PSN name in that match.
- Any other details that may aid us in the investigation.
- Attach screenshots or videos illustrating the issue. You can find out how to create them on Xbox here or PlayStation here. If needed, enable Input Overlay in Options > Settings > HUD before recording a video. This will allow us to see what buttons you are pressing in the video clip.
- Submit your report and wait for a reply from our support team.
We will do our best to investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
